helpful staff easy access quiet room worn furniture mouldy smell damaged door
The staff was helpful when I made requests. The location offers easy access to major attractions and restaurants. My room was very quiet (which I always appreciate).
The furniture seemed quite worn. The bathroom had a mouldy smell (not the best experience). The door was damaged.

excellent stay near major attractions
helpful staff breakfast buffet small balcony daily housekeeping
i found the staff helpful with directions and recommendations it. the breakfast buffet had varied options including fresh fruit pastries and local cheeses it gave a great start to each day. the room had a small balcony with a nice space to relax and view the surrounding area. the daily housekeeping kept everything tidy and i liked the fresh towels and neatly made bed.
the elevator was a bit slow at times so i preferred taking the stairs when possible.

loose shower fixture staff noise
The room felt quite cramped , especially with luggage. The shower fixture was loose and sprayed water everywhere. Also , there was some disruptive noise late at night coming from what sounded like staff near the reception area , but hotel staff did not resolve that noise issue. I expected better soundproofing for the price I paid.

A Generally Positive Experience
friendly staff excellent location great vibe small room mismatched photo limited space
I appreciated the staff. They were very friendly. The hotel location was excellent. It was near major spots like the Blue Mosque. The area had a great vibe, with many restaurants nearby.
The rooms seemed small. They did not match the photos on the website. There was no space for two suitcases.

charmed by the hospitality!
warm welcome modern room helpful team
the team here is so helpful. i was greeted with a warm welcome and refreshments upon arrival. i was then shown to my lovely modern and spacious room (it even had smart tvs). the location is perfect for exploring the main sites.
the room i booked was smaller than i expected, i struggled to unpack my luggage and hang my clothes. the showerhead also needed replacement because it wasn't working, but the staff quickly resolved it.

the hotel is centrally located with easily walkable restaurants nearby. it is a quick five-minute walk to major attractions. the blue mosque and hagia sophia are nearby.

great hospitality easy transfer perfect location
the staff showed me great hospitality. they organized an easy airport transfer. during my stay, the staff checked if i needed anything, delivering within minutes. the location is perfect as it is a short walk to the seaside and sultanahmet square.
the street outside the hotel was noisy at night.

Fantastic Stay with Sea Views!
central location easy walk fantastic view large room
I really appreciated the central location near major tourist sites. The Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are within easy walking distance. The hotel upgraded my room. I enjoyed fantastic sea views. The room was large and quite nice for a hotel of this class.
There was some minor noise from the street at night.

The hotel is EXTREMELY clean!!! My airport transfer was arranged by the hotel. The drivers were good, and the vans were furnished, a plus.
